The Yves Jacket is a softly structured, statement jacket made from printed sustainable TENCEL™ Lyocell. Adorned with our artistic Yves print designed by our print designer in Cologne, this piece features a high collar with concealed press studs and a dropped shoulder finishing in a gentle bell sleeve to accentuate the boxy silhouette. Consider wearing this jacket as a bold finish to a more pared back ensemble, or with one of the coordinating Yves printed pieces for a bold and colourful outfit combination. The fabric is a yardage print so each piece will vary slightly making every jacket unique.

Material

100% TENCEL™ Lyocell

This woven fabric has a soft drape with a textured finish.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres are derived from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests.

TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres have gained a commendable reputation for their environmentally responsible, closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibres with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. This solvent-spinning process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%.

TENCEL™ Lyocell is a renewable and biodegrable fibre.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.  

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits. 

Size and Fit

This jacket has a light structure with a high collar, dropped shoulder and a boxy fit through the body. We recommend taking your usual size however for those who prefer a neater fit may choose to go down a size, but check the measurement in the length first for the best fit.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
