The Malte Tank is a contemporary, V-neck style made from crisp, organic cotton poplin which employs a sculptural shoulder strap detail for added interest. With an inverted pleat at the back for added comfort, this tank is designed for a relaxed, easy wearing fit. Consider styling over a pair of wide leg pants or a flowing, A-line skirt to create a refined everyday outfit.

Material

100% Organic Cotton

This fabric has a smooth, matte surface with a structured form giving the final garment a sophisticated, crisp appearance. Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable.

Certified organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility. Cotton is a renewable and biodegradable fibre.

The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

This tank is a relaxed, A-line style - designed to sit loose and cool on the body at a standard length. Those who prefer a neater fit may choose to go down a size, however refer to the bust measurement as this is the most fitted point of the garment.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
