The Strio Pant is a wide leg pant crafted from a blend of linen and cotton in a unique two-toned twill weave that makes a statement in vibrant magenta. With a flat front waistband that is elasticated at the back, the pant provides both structure and comfort. Featuring round front pockets and inverted front tucks, the style can be dressed up or down.

Material

55% Linen 45% Organic Cotton

This soft twill fabric is woven using two different colours to create a contrast effect. The finished fabric has a warm handfeel, perfect for winter.

Linen is a natural fibre grown from the flax plant. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.

Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.

Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable to wear.

Certified organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

Linen and cotton are renewable and biodegradable fibres.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

The Strio Pant has a flat front waistband with elastic at the back. The pant is a regular fit through the waist and hip, and has a wide leg opening. The key fit points for the pant are the waist, hip and length.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
