The Edda Wallet is a modern style made from 100% cow leather. The flap featuring a magnetic clasp secures the wallet, the interior contains everything you need to organise your contents; featuring twelve card holders, three larger pockets and a zip pocket for coins. Offering an abundance of space, this is the ideal practical yet stylish piece.
These leather pieces are handmade in India by family-owned and operated company Malhotra Leather Exports. We visit Malhotra, in Noida, two to three times a year to assess working conditions, manufacturing processes and to see our goods being made. The leathers used are selected for their appearance, suitability and hand feel. Every component and element of our pieces are chosen for a reason. Linings, trims, findings and leathers are all carefully selected. Each design is both independently and internally tested by our production team, at ELK HQ.
The factory was established in 1954 where they began trading and exporting leather and leather products which were sourced from meat producers. It is very much a family run business with many members of the family involved in each aspect of their operation. Additionally, 100% of their workers are salaried.
Leathers are sourced from different places according to their properties, hardware is mostly from China, through Global Tags Asia, and frames etc. from Germany through Auro GmbH.

To maintain the beauty of your ELK wallet we recommend protective sprays and using a good quality leather conditioner to treat the product, which will increase its longevity. Do not put leather pieces on the ground or rub against abrasive surfaces. Leather is a natural material and will wear with age and use.
