Made with a slightly sheer French linen we love a classic shirt style to pair with …. everything! In classic white or two brighter shades, this wide sleeve, button down shirt is an easy wardrobe staple. The placket stops below the bust and the collarless design with cuffed sleeves and simple pockets are all considered design features. Wear over bathers or over a simple tank with jeans, pants or shorts.

Material
100% French Linen
This garment has been crafted from 100% French Linen, a natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.
Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.
Linen is a renewable and biodegradable fibre.
Maker
This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.
The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.
Size and Fit
A relaxed fit shirt style with a straight cut through the body. The wide sleeve makes this an easy fit and we recommend you take your usual size after checking the bust and hem measurement. Linen will also naturally soften with wear.
All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
