The Obal Poncho is a relaxed design knitted with a purl stitch, with a sleeve that finishes above the elbow and a button closure under the arm, while also featuring the mock turtleneck and a high-low hem.

Material

80% Wool 20% Nylon

This garment has been crafted from a soft lambswool blend yarn, offering breathable and temperature-regulating properties, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Lambswool is a fine, soft wool that creates a softer finish than regular wool and is less likely to cause the skin irritation sometimes found with wool. The wool used in this blend is responsibly farmed and verified non-mulesed.

Recycled nylon is a low impact, circular fibre made from post-industrial and post-consumer waste like plastic bottles. We choose to use recycled rather than new as part of our commitment to reduce waste and create more sustainable products.

Wool is a renewable and biodegradable fibre.

Maker

This knit was made in Dongguan, China by Cool Partners International who we have been working with since 2016. It was manufactured in the Dongguan Kinci Knitting Factory, established in 1992, which we have visited to see our items in production. Knitwear production is highly specialised and Cool Partners are actively working with us to source more sustainable yarns from progressive yarn mills such as UPW and Novetex.

The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular social compliance audits.

The Obal Poncho has a one size fits most measurement, and is based on our previous best selling poncho designs. Please check all fit point measurements.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
