Product Details

The Mr ELK Ostend Duffel Bag has been handmade from nylon and buffalo leather trimmings. These materials keep the bag light in weight and durable for jet setting. Easy to carry, you can choose from leather straps with a press stud handle or an adjustable and detachable shoulder strap. An extended zip secures the duffel bag and a zippered outer pouch gives you quick access to items. The internal lining is made from easy to care for nylon.

Material & Makers Notes

These styles were made by Crescent Exports based in Kolkata, India. Founded in 1988 by Mr Mohammed Azhar, Crescent specialise in producing quality leather goods with particularly good hand finishing. The leathers used are selected for their appearance, suitability and hand feel.

Every component and element of our pieces are chosen for a reason. Linings, trims, findings and leathers are all carefully selected. All materials used are REACH tested which is a European Union regulation (1907/2006/EC) restricting the levels of specific chemical substances in goods. Each design is both independently tested and internally tested by our production team, at ELK HQ.

Care Instructions

A durable bag. The nylon is forgiving for wet items and can be wiped clean.

This bag contains natural leather as well as durable, easy care nylon. While the Nylon is easy to care for, the leather used has natural subtle variations in colour and texture due to the nature of the material. These are not faults, but part of the natural quality of the skin. To maintain the beauty of the leather panels on this piece, we recommend protective sprays and using a good quality leather conditioner to treat the hide, which will increase its longevity.
