The Tia Tank is a light tank-style top made from semi-sheer, luxurious French linen. Perfect for warmer weather, this style has fixed shoulder straps and is elasticated all the way around so you can adjust the gathers to create volume where it is most flattering. We recommend pairing with a flared skirt or wide leg pants to continue the A-line silhouette - this is the ultimate, light style for when the weather is really hot.

Material

100% French Linen

This garment has been crafted from 100% French Linen, a natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.

Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

This tank fits true to size, with the elastic in the bust making it suitable for different bust sizes. The bust is the most important fit measurement, as the bottom of the tank flows for an A-line silhouette.
