The Vuna Top is an ultra-soft 100% fine baby wool knit with a classic V-neck. Perfect for layering, with a long sleeve and a slightly longer length, this style makes for a great layering piece that is remarkably soft and breathable. Material

100% Babywool

This garment has been crafted from a soft baby wool yarn. Baby wool is a fine, soft wool that creates a softer finish than regular sheep wool and is less likely to cause the skin irritation sometimes found with wool. It is breathable and temperature regulating, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

The wool used in this yarn is verified non-mulesed and sourced from Australia.

Wool is renewable and biodegradable.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.  

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits. 

Size and Fit

This top is an ultra-soft style designed to fit slim and neat. It is generally designed to worn as a layering piece or to be tucked into voluminous skirts and pants. The knit is quite stretchy. Take your usual size checking across the bust and in the hem.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Cool iron
• Dry cleanable
• Cold hand wash using eco-friendly detergents
• Do not rub, wring or spin dry
• Squeeze out excess water
• Gently pull wet garment into shape
• Dry flat in shade
• Cool iron on reverse
• Knitwear can shrink up to 3cm in length and width however after pressing and wear the yarn will relax and grow, which our production team consider with each design.
