Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Australia
- Please note, during Sale periods, our delivery time frame can extend to 5 business days from order placement. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for all online purchases.
- From time to time, we do offer freight discounts which automatically update in the shopping cart if applicable. Please check our home page for any freight offers.
- Standard Free Shipping offer currently applies to all orders with an Australian shipping address placed over $200. This offer cannot be applied to purchases prior to the commencement of the promotional period.
- Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 for all online purchases.
- If the delivery address is unattended, the parcel will be left in a location deemed safe by the driver. If no safe location can be found, a card will be left and either redelivery will be arranged, or the package will be taken to your local post office.
- You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to ship.
- As soon as it is collected the delivery provider will contact you directly and provide tracking details including expected delivery times.

Standard Shipping
- We aim to despatch your purchase within 48 hours (business hours).
- During peak times this despatch time may increase.
- Once it leaves our warehouse, the delivery provider will confirm an estimated arrival time, which will be location dependent.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping Orders will be dispatched as priority. Orders placed before 11am AEDT on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will usually be processed and dispatched on the following business day
- During peak times following public holidays and online events this despatch time may increase.
