Shipping within Australia
ELK offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 AUD to all Australian addresses for all online orders. Shipping is free on orders over $200
We will use either StarTrack Express or Australia Post as a chosen carrier to deliver your order. We will deliver to all P.O. Boxes, Victorian, Northern Territory, and regional addresses with Australia Post. We will generally deliver to all other residential and business addresses with Star Track Express. Please contact us if you would like to request Australia Post to deliver your parcel.
Please note: Star Track Express does not require a signature upon delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, the parcel may be left in a location deemed safe by the driver. If no such location can be found, redelivery will be arranged. Your parcel may be taken to your local Post Office or Depot for collection.
Depending on the delivery location please allow the following times:
StarTrack Express to metropolitan addresses. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery. For regional or outer metro areas this could be extended to 5 business days.
Australia Post is used for P.O. Boxes, non Metropolitan areas and Northern Territory. Please allow 3-7 working days for your delivery from dispatch.
Tracking Your Online Order
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. This email will provide a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your parcel. Live in Victoria? Our ELK Albert Park and Preston Stores are now offering click, call & collect!
Although we cannot welcome you in store just yet, we are happy to introduce Click, Call & Collect.
Read below to learn more~
STEP 1: ORDER ONLINE AND SELECT CLICK, CALL & COLLECT
Place your order on the ELK website.
Once at the online checkout, select ‘click, call & collect’ from the store where you wish to pick up your purchase.
Within 48 business hours from when you placed your online order, one of the ELK Store Team members will call you to organise a time to collect.
Pick up times will occur Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 11 AM- 3PM.
Please note, your item will not be available for collection at your allocated store until one of the ELK Store Team has called to advise that it has arrived and is ready to collect.
STEP 2: HOW TO COLLECT AT AN ELK STORE?
If you have arrived at our store to collect your parcel, please follow these steps:
Have your order number handy - you can find this on the order confirmation that was emailed to you after you made your online purchase.
Call us and we will provide you with details to safely collect your purchase.
